Site Inspections

Overview

Keep on top of your site or workplace conditions and safety practices by conducting regular site assessments. Identify hazards, assess compliance, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.

Select an inspection type from a range of templates tailored to your work.

Setting up your Company Policy

  1. Navigate to your site

  2. Under resources, select "Inspections" on the left hand navigation bar

  3. Select "New Inspection"

  4. Enter your inspection name and select the type of inspection from dropdown box. Click "Create inspection" - this will return you to the Inspections Page

  5. Click on the newly created inspection to start.

  6. Navigate through all the relevant sections of the inspection marking each satisfactory or unsatisfactory or not applicable. You also have an area for notes or corrective actions.

  7. Once complete scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see how many sections were; satisfactory, unsatisfactory, and how many sections were not applicable.

  8. At the top of the page there is the option to download your report to share with relevant clients/mangers/workers outside of SiteSmart.

  9. Navigate back to the Inspections Landing page. Here you will see the inspection status of all inspections for the site - either done (complete), in progress (partial completion), or created (not started)
