People Overview
Overview
Everyone on-site can use SiteSmart and contribute to site safety, whether they're a manager, a worker or even a visitor. All they need is an account.
Company admin
Company admins can manage all company information and employees.
Add employees as workers of company admins from the 'people' menu item inside your company.
Site Managers
Site managers are the people responsible for managing and overseeing safety on-site. They can:
- view all site activities
- monitor raised messages
- add and edit all the site information (for example, hazards or policy documents).
You can invite as many site managers as you need.
Site workers and employees
Site workers and employees can sign up to SiteSmart for free. When you add a worker or employee to a site, they can:
- view live health and safety information
- induct to the site online
- sign in when they’re on-site
- raise information with site managers
- notify of incidents and near misses
Employees can also be added to your company, where they will be able to view all of your company information.
Contractors and visitors
Invite contractors and visitors to sign up to SiteSmart for free too. When you add a contractor or visitor to a site, they can:
- view live health and safety information
- induct to the site online
- sign in when they’re on-site
- raise information with site managers
If you want to share company processes or information with a contractor, make sure to export it and share it, rather than inviting them to your company.
